I-9 Process for Employees
The I-9 verification process is a federally required process and must be completed by all employees to legally work in the U.S. Any DU employee that does not complete this by their THIRD DAY of employment will be terminated until this process is complete. Please find detailed instructions for completing this process below.

NEW! I-9 Verification Appointments via Zoom
After new employees have uploaded their I-9 Section 1 required documents in HireRight, they can schedule virtual appointments for I-9 verifications on Monday – Friday 11:00am-2:00pm MST. Virtual Appointments can be scheduled using the links below:
